Hi! I’m Chris Lewis, and I’m so glad you’re here. I believe that every person’s story matters, and I’m committed to providing compassionate, personalized mental healthcare in a safe and accepting environment.
How I Can Help You
I specialize in supporting:
- LGBTQ+ individuals navigating life’s challenges
- Adults and adolescents with neurodivergent experiences or identities
- Tech professionals and healthcare workers dealing with burnout
- Anxiety, depression, and mood disorders
As someone who identifies as LGBTQ+ myself, I deeply understand the unique challenges you might be facing. Sometimes it feels like the world isn’t built for us, but together we can help you identify your strengths, discover self-compassion, and build a rich, fulfilling life.
What to Expect
Your first visit is about getting to know you and your story. We’ll work together as a team to:
- Understand your unique needs and goals
- Develop a personalized treatment plan that is as unique as you are
- Address both immediate concerns and long-term wellbeing
I believe in comprehensive care that may include:
- Medications when appropriate
- Supportive Psychotherapy
- Lifestyle enhancements
- Nutrition and exercise planning
- Lab work to rule out underlying medical conditions, vitamin deficiencies, and inflammation markers
- Treating the source and not just the symptoms
- Working with your existing therapist or counselor and care team

Your care is always in your hands. I’m here to provide expert guidance, support your decisions, and help you navigate the healthcare system effectively.

About Me
With over 17 years of experience as a PA-C and 10 years as a software engineer, I bring a unique perspective to mental healthcare. I currently serve as an Assistant Professor at Chamberlain University while maintaining my part-time clinical practice.
When I’m not helping clients feel better, you’ll find me playing chess, working on creative projects, or spending time with my husband and our Yorkie, Teemo (yes, he’s named after the League of Legends character!). I love hearing about my clients’ hobbies and interests too - sharing what makes us unique helps build the trust that’s essential for effective care.
Ready to Take the First Step?
I’m accepting new patients starting in March 2025 and would be honored to be part of your mental health journey. Call (602) 341-3668 to get added to my waitlist or get recommendations for other practices in the area.
